Whitney Terill

Whitney Terill is a 2019/2020 Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilies (LEND) Fellow at the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota.

Whitney Terrill is also an alumna of the 2006 Women and International Policy seminar. She is entering her second term as a PLEN board member. Whitney is a seasoned PLEN volunteer having served on the PLEN development committee and as a volunteer and host for PLEN workshops. Through her job as a fiscal policy analyst, Whitney supports Minnesotans living with disabilities to access home and community based services. She also develops equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives for the MN DHS Community Supports Administration.

Her work background includes experience in the public and private sectors. She manages programs and projects at the intersection of disability services, finance, sustainability and health care.
